- Recipient
- The intended person or organization identified for a communication.
- Submission record
- A record that a message package was submitted to a delivery service; its scope depends on that service.
- Delivery event
- A provider-defined event describing a stage in the delivery process.
- Time-stamp token
- A signed technical record relating a data imprint to a time, as described in RFC 3161.
- Evidence package
- The message, attachments and provider records retained together for later inspection.
